Maggie’s approach to work – head, heart, hands
Head – Pitchfork Consulting challenges me intellectually to problem solve and think strategically. A fellow of the RSA sharing their Design for Life mission to enable people, places and the planet to flourish in harmony.
Heart – Maggie’s Field Campsite. This is my heart, sharing my Herefordshire field, arewilding and nature restoration project. I make the field available for small groups to enjoy as a campsite having the space to themselves where kids can run around freely and songs can be sung around the campfire. The reviews are fantastic and give me so much pleasure.
Hands – Making things with my hands is something I have always done. Norma Kerr, my collection of fine jewellery all handmade at my workbench. Creating something beautiful, something tangible – that realises an idea, from my drawings on paper to a necklace in a presentation box being posted to its new owner.
Maggie – pronouns she/her, lives in Clyro with her non-binary child Charlie and their cat Chaos.
